Hua Hong Grace (OEM)
Hua Hong was formed by the merger of the former Shanghai Hua Hong NEC Electronics Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Grace Semiconductor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It started from the construction of the first 8-inch (200mm) integrated circuit production line in mainland China. Three 8-inch fabs (Hua Hong Fab 1, Fab 2 and Fab 3) with a monthly production capacity of about 180,000 wafers.
On the 8-inch manufacturing platform, Hua Hong realizes full compatibility of MEMS devices with standard CMOS processes and production lines. Tape-out products include magnetometers, accelerometers, pressure sensors, and more.
Abundant Fuses, product line covers all relevant areas of new energy vehicles (Pack, PDU, BDU, Electric control, Motor, MSD, Low voltage wiring harness), Charging system and the Charging Module, Photovoltaic PV Solar junction box, photovoltaic inverter, UPS power supply, 5G Communication power supply, BS UK plug, Electrical Home Appliances Control Panel, Lighting drive Power Supply and so on.
